The Dorking Business Show gives you the chance to display your business to large numbers of potential customers. 

We offer 2 halls of Exhibition Space with both Space Only Areas and Built Stands.

Each stand has one free setup/breakdown permit and a Show Day parking permit in a central Dorking Car Park.

Space Only Areas – These stand areas are about 2 metres long x 1 metre wide space.

• Ideal for cost effective display if you have a pop-up.
• Free chairs available – but bring your own tables.
• Space only areas are usually around the walls of the rooms and reasonably well lit
• Most have a socket nearby (please check when booking)

£55 - Masonic Hall Space only areas – Business Cares: Reserved for charities, social enterprises and those prepared to offer free taster sessions  (such as de-stress massage).
£100 - Grand Hall & Stage Space only areas  Business2 Business (note: stage has slight rake)
£150 - Grand Hall space only areas (corner sites by entrance doors)

Built Stands – various sizes in Grand Hall and on Grand Hall stage only.

• Walls made from Blue fabric covered 1 metre wide boards– ideal for attaching posters etc by Velcro hook spots
• Spotlighting provided (1 or 2 depending on size of stand)
• Ability to have power provided (£25 a socket)

£265 – Grand Hall built corner stand  - 2metre long x 1 metre deep (2metres)

£395 – Grand Hall built corner stand – 2 metres square (4metres)
£395 – Grand Hall Stage – “Triangle” Stand – 2 boards 3metres long at right angles
£435 – Grand Hall built stand – 3metres long x 2 metres deep (6sq metres)
£475 – Grand Hall built corner stand – 3metres long x 2 metres deep (6sq metres)
